We get it. At ADVWorx, we’re riders too—and we know the right gear makes all the difference. That’s why we’ve got your back with a 60-day no-hassle return or exchange policy.

As long as your item is in ‘as new’ condition—with all original tags, stickers, and packaging—you’re good to go.*

We're here to get you back out there, not leave you out of pocket.


RETURN TIPS

  • Keep all original tags, labels, and stickers attached.

  • Pack the item securely in its original box, ready to hit the shelf again.

  • Include your order number—without it, your return is a mystery mission we can’t solve!

Just a heads-up: If an item isn’t in resaleable condition, we may need to decline the return. In some cases, a 20% restocking fee may apply, but we’ll always have a chat with you first.

Please note: We can’t take responsibility for any return parcels lost in transit—track it, insure it, or ride it back to us.


FITMENT & INSTALLATION TIPS

  • Test fit parts gently before locking everything down.

  • If it doesn’t fit easily—don’t force it. Hit us up, we’re here to help.

  • Avoid scratches and stress—lay down a soft blanket when working on hard parts.

  • Treat your parts right, and they’ll do the same for you out on the tracks.

If something’s not right due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right—fast.
